We are losing too many of our family members due to the carelessness of caged drivers who refuse to pay attention to the traffic around them.  These cager's seem more interested in talking on cell phones, playing with their radio, correcting their kids, day-dreaming, drinking, or exercising their stupidity when they're behind the wheel; when, in fact, they should be paying attention to other drivers/riders around them.  Consequently, many good people are being murdered on our highways.

Colonel Frank "Ichabod" Black (ret) - District 2

After Frank left the Poker Run "To No Where Special" on June 25th 2005 an 80 year old women made a left turn in front of him thus causing him to hit her and causing him to go down; after 2 days in the hospital we lost him due to his injuries on "June 27th 2005". Lee Box - District 6/2
Killed by a failure to yield truck driver on January 14th, 2006

GOD direct his final journey.

This strikes too close to home; Lee Box was a friend and a brother. We served together in Abate of Georgia, District 6, Chapter 2. He, as Membership Director and me as Legislative Coordinator. Lee was killed as he rode to meet up with a group of us officers who were traveling to Macon for the State Board of Directors Meeting.

Ed “Yankee” Andross
