First
I as membership director ask that each
person do their best to get at one person to
join A.B.A.T.E., this simple effort would
dramatically expand our membership and help
us bring legislative power to the motorcycle
riders of
Georgia.
Next,
I ask that each member of ABATE go to the
churches; to the
Christian Motorcycle Association
(CMA) chapters and motorcycle clubs in your
area. Reach out to them and ascertain if you
can come to their meetings and speak on
behalf of A.B.A.T.E. When you get to speak
tell them how A.B.A.T.E. is working on their
behalf to get safety and educational laws
passed for the biking community. I ask at
this time that you do not mention the helmet
law. This is a thorn in the side of a lot of
people. We are trying to get membership
first then attempt to change political
legislation later.
